Company History & Mission

Founded in 2008, Prairie Castle Developments is a family-owned RTM home builder based near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. What started as a small construction company has grown into one of the province’s trusted names for ready-to-move homes and cabins. We’re passionate about building beautiful, energy-efficient, and affordable homes that stand the test of time. Every home we craft reflects our commitment to quality, honesty, and the Saskatchewan values we were built on.

2007

We built three homes: one to own, one for a friend and one to sell. We loved it so much, in 2008, we started Prairie Castle.

2009

Bought our first building for Prairie Castle headquarters. Humble beginnings, but with a little TLC we improved the shop and quickly outgrew it!

2012

Moved across the street to a larger, 1.5 acre fenced compound with room to grow and began to focus solely on RTM construction.

2021

Expanding operations, we moved to our current location north of Saskatoon with over five acres of land for building more RTM homes and cabins.

We’re Brian and Danielle Pierce — the husband-and-wife team behind Prairie Castle Developments. With over 30 years of combined, hands-on construction experience, we’ve built our company around quality, integrity, and care.

Brian oversees construction and quality control, making sure every home meets his exacting standards for craftsmanship and detail. Danielle handles design, sales, and project coordination, ensuring each build stays on schedule, on budget, and true to your vision.
